<p>Le technicien d’entretien d’usine est chargé de surveiller et d’entretenir tous les systèmes et équipements de l’usine pour assurer la continuité de leur fonctionnement. Y compris, sans toutefois s’y limiter, les presses à balles, les convoyeurs, les boîtes de vitesses, les moteurs électriques, les poulies, les arbres et les roulements. Ce poste doit répondre à toutes les défaillances du système en prenant les mesures correctives appropriées en effectuant les réparations nécessaires pour s’assurer que les systèmes sont opérationnels et fonctionnent de manière sûre et efficace, ou en déléguant ces responsabilités. En général, ce poste relève directement du directeur de l’entretien de l’usine.</p>

Effectuer les réparations conformément aux règles de sécurité et de vie essentielles concernant la gestion des déchets et aux exigences en matière de santé et sécurité sur le lieu de travail (SST).<br />
Effectuer des inspections de maintenance préventive (MP) ; diagnostiquer, réparer et reconstruire les principaux équipements / composants, y compris, sans toutefois s&#8217;y limiter, les presses à balles, les convoyeurs, les groupes hydrauliques, les courants de Foucault, les courroies électromagnétiques, les trieurs optiques, les déviateurs, les compresseurs, les compacteurs de déchets, les moteurs, les brise-verre, les systèmes d’attache de fil, les ventilateurs, les pompes, les chariots élévateurs, les chargeurs frontaux et les équipements de construction.<br />
Tenir le journal des inspections quotidiennes des équipements (IQE).<br />
Établir et ajuster les procédures de travail pour respecter les calendriers de production, et aviser le directeur principal de la maintenance de l’usine si des travaux supplémentaires sont nécessaires ou ne peuvent pas être effectués dans les délais de réparation standard (DRS).<br />
Inspecter la qualité des réparations et/ou reconstructions des tiers.<br />
Recommander des mesures visant à améliorer la production, la performance des équipements et la qualité des produits.<br />
Savoir faire plusieurs choses à la fois et gérer de multiples priorités.<br />
Se rendre sur place pour organiser des réparations en cas de pannes d’équipements.<br />

<p>I. Job Summary<br />
Under general supervision, performs preventive maintenance services and inspects, diagnoses and repairs vehicles and equipment.</p>
<p>II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities<br />
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.</p>
<p>Works under limited supervision and selects from written instructions and established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.<br />
Performs repairs and assigned preventive maintenance services.<br />
Performs inspection, diagnosis and repair of electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on vehicles and equipment.<br />
Utilizes vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes to initiate or assign repairs.<br />
Estimates time and material costs on vehicle repairs and requisitions new parts.<br />
Performs all work within Standard Repair Times (SRTs).<br />
Performs service calls for emergency breakdowns.<br />
Conducts safety checks on vehicles.<br />
Completes required paperwork utilizing fleet maintenance software program associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times.<br />
Assists senior Mechanics in the completion of project work.<br />
Reviews, completes or assigns repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.<br />
Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards, and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.<br />
III. Supervisory Responsibilities<br />
This job has no supervisory duties.</p>
