All Terrain Property Maintenance Inc is hiring a Logistics Operator (Roll-Off & Float Driver) to support the timely and efficient movement of equipment, materials, and resources across all areas of the company. This role supports both internal operations and client-facing logistics, helping crews stay productive, sites stay supplied, and divisions stay moving. This is a hands-on field-based role for someone with strong commercial driving experience, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing operational needs.
What You’ll Be Responsible For – As a Logistics Operator, you will:
- Complete daily circle checks and confirm truck, trailer, PPE, and securement equipment are ready before leaving the yard
- Follow all company safety standards, loading and unloading procedures, tie-down and strap-down procedures, and standard operating procedures
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload heavy equipment, tools, and materials
- Transport equipment such as skid steers, tractors, mini excavators, and attachments between yards, job sites, vendors, and client locations
- Deliver landscape materials, tools, and job-critical resources so crews can stay productive and on schedule
- Complete client-facing deliveries accurately, professionally, and on time
- Respond to changing operational priorities and urgent logistics requests with flexibility, sound judgment, and strong follow-through
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors, crews, and internal departments throughout the day
- Support seasonal logistics needs including salt delivery, snow hauling, and related winter operations
- Help maintain internal yard operations, including compost pile and waste bin management
- Report vehicle, trailer, equipment, maintenance, or safety concerns promptly
- Keep the unit clean, organized, and ready for the next shift
This role requires ownership. You are accountable for safe transport, reliable delivery execution, equipment care, strong communication, and helping crews and divisions get what they need when they need it.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience
- A license or higher
- Experience operating commercial trucks and trailers in a landscape, construction, or similar field environment
- Experience transporting heavy equipment such as skid steers, tractors, mini excavators, and attachments
- Strong understanding of load securement, tie-down procedures, trailer safety, and proper loading and unloading practices
- Strong safety mindset and willingness to follow procedures without cutting corners
- Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate well with field teams and internal departments
- Strong organization and the ability to manage shifting priorities throughout the day
- Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions in the field
- Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Experience with roll-off trucks, float trailers, or similar commercial transport equipment is considered a strong asset
- Experience supporting snow operations, salt delivery, or hauling is considered an asset
- Mechanical awareness and the ability to identify basic equipment or vehicle concerns is an asset
