Truck Driver

Gray Brook Farms Ltd., a division of Gray Ridge Eggs Inc., is looking to hire a full time AZ Driver for our Listowel Ontario facility. We are looking for drivers to pick up eggs from our producers and/or make store deliveries in a timely and safe manner.

Responsibilities and Duties

Completing all necessary paperwork and log books.
Overseeing all functions of the vehicle, such as condition of the vehicle, equipment and materials, loading and unloading, and safety and security of the load. Maintaining the general upkeep and care of the vehicle and reporting any maintenance and/or operating problems.
Maintaining standards of professionalism, both in appearance and interactions with customers, producers and the general public.
Observing all safety, traffic and criminal laws and regulations while operating a company vehicle. Ensure established HACCP, bio-security, and health and Safety procedures are followed.
Approximately 44-50 hours a week. Overtime after 44 hours

Qualifications and Skills

Candidate must be able to read, write and speak English and have basic math skills. Grade 12 education would be preferred.
Candidate must have a valid AZ license, Driver’s Abstract, CVOR Abstract and an acceptable driving record.
